Use the Office's online claim filing process to file your claim. The Better Business Bureau submits complaints within two days and customers will be notified of any response from Progressive or if they don't respond. File a formal complaint with your state's insurance regulator. The process is faster in small claims than in other courts, since your hearing will generally be scheduled 30 to 70 days after you file the lawsuit.
